基于直播电视内容的校园视频服务项目研究

随着校园信息化的深入，校园用户对视频内容的需求日益增加，现有的校园内容平台已经不能满足这一需求。直播电视内容编转码后引入校园是缓解该供需矛盾最为有效的方法之一。通过直播电视内容编转码平台与校园现有内容平台的融合，增强校园网络传输能力，开发适合多种接入设备客户端软件等工作的分解实施，该项目必然在未来的校园整体视频服务项目的发展中起到基础核心作用。

Study on the Campus Video Services Based on the Live TV Content

With the deepening of campus information ,the demand for video content of the campus users is increasing and the existing campus content platform has been unable to meet this demand .Intro-ducing the live TV content after encoding and transcoding to campus is one of the most effective methods of easing the contradiction between supply and demand , Combining the live TV content coding and transcoding platform with the existing content platform enhances the transmission capacity of the campus network and develops a client software ,which is suitable for a variety of access devices .This project is bound to play a central role in the future development of the project of the campus video services .
