| 摘 要： | 现代大学要担负起对知识的、人格的和社会的责任,应该享有“思想自由”和“学术自由”的权利,同时通过大学的“品牌”、“声誉和知名度”体现自身的利益.大学作为文化的集中体现应该强调其自身的责任、权利和利益的三者统一。

| Abstract: | Modern universities should shoulder the responsibilities to spread knowledge,cultivate personality and civilize the society,and should enjoy the rights of "freedom of thought" and "academic freedom".On the same time,they should obtain their own interests through "Brand" and "Reputation and Popularity".As the concentrated reflection of culture,universities should stress the unification of their own responsibilities, rights and interests. |
