| 摘 要： | 社区教育在社会建设中具有十分重要的价值意义。社区教育活动要有效实现自身的价值，必须坚持以人为本、立体开放、整合资源、注重实效和持续创新的价值取向。在科学发展观统领下，搞好教育设施建设，为价值创造提供物质基础；优化教学师资队伍，为价值创造提供主导力量；努力建构课程体系，为价值创造提供知识载体；积极探索教学方法，为价值创造提供技术手段；加强教育创新研究，为价值创造提供理论保证。
