| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期必须把加强对青少年的德育教育,提高德育工作的实效性,切实加强大学生思想政治教育,培养和造就四有新人作为德育工作的第一要务。同时,把学校教育与家庭教育、社会教育有机地结合起来对青少年进行德育教育,以培养出更优秀的社会主义建设事业的接班人。

| Abstract: | During the transforms from old system to new system, as the first task of moral education we should strengthen moral education to the youth, increase the effectiveness of the moral work, enforce the ideology education in college student and cultivate the person with Four Qualifications. At the same time, school education, family education and social education should be integrated for educating the youth and training excellent professionals of socialism. |
