| 摘 要： | 非智力因素是指人们进行各种活动时的智力因素以外的全部因素的总和。具体地说，包括动机、兴趣、情感、意志、性格、理想、信念、价值观等。非智力因素在人的学习过程中的作用是非常重大的，针对“应试教育”及现时代需要，应实施素质教育，加强非智力因素的培养。

| Abstract: | Non-intelligent factor refers to a generic term for all factors affecting the people's activities except intelligent factor.Specifically,it includes motivation,interest,taste,emotion,will,character,ideal,faith,value outlook,and so on.Non-intelligent factor plays a very important part in the student's study process.In view of the recent situation of examination-oriented education and the needs of the times,education for all-round development should be carried out and fostering non-intelligent factor is enhanced. |
