| 摘 要： | 以文化课为基础的分层教学模式的构建应以分析学生个体差异为基础,选择的教学内容要有弹性,在练习、布置作业、教师辅导\记分等方面要分层次,并建立一系列管理体制,保证分层教学的顺利实施.
