高职旅游管理专业学生职业心理素质培养探究

培养高职旅游管理专业学生的职业心理素质，有利于提高高职旅游管理专业学生的职业竞争力，提高旅游企业的服务质量。目前我国高职旅游管理专业的学生存在自我认知不足、职业意识欠缺、职业情商不高、职业态度不佳、职业意志较差等职业心理素质缺失的问题。造成我国高职旅游管理专业学生职业心理素质缺失的原因主要有高职旅游管理专业人才培养目标不合理、职业心理素质教育专业教师队伍薄弱、职业心理素质教育缺乏趣味性和系统性等。为了提高旅游管理专业学生的职业心理素质，需要从明确培养的目标和方案，完善培养的内容体系，培养学生良好的职业意识、职业情商和职业态度等方面全面推进。

On the Cultivation of Professional Psychological Quality of Students of Higher Vocational Tourism Management Major

The cultivation of professional psychological quality of students of higher vocational tourism management major would help to improve the occupational competitiveness of higher vocational tourism management major students and improve the service quality of tourism enterprises .However , at present , among Chinese students of higher vocational tourism management major , there exists some problems such as self cognition deficiency , lack of occupation consciousness ,low occupation EQ ,poor occupation attitude ,weak occupation will and so on .The reasons causing the interior professional psychological quality of students include that unreasonable objectives of talents cul -tivation,weak teacher team,boring and unsystematic professional psychological quality education ,and so on.To im-prove professional psychological quality of students ,we should begin with the following aspects ,i.e.clear cultivate objectives and plans ,perfect the content system of training ,cultivate good professional ideology ,EQ,attitude and so on .
