湖南户籍制度改革探析

我国从上世纪80年代就开始进行户籍制度改革。进入到新世纪,户籍制度改革已全面展开。湖南作为中部省份,紧跟时代的步伐,实施了一系列户籍制度改革措施,取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一定的问题,应加大投入,完善实有人口信息化管理长效机制,加快居住证"一证通"建设,发挥地方自主权,实施阶梯式户籍制度改革,实现湖南主体功能区与人口均衡发展相协调。

Analysis on the Reform of Household Registration System in Hunan

The reform of household registration system in China began from the 1980＇. Since entering the new century this reform has been carried out in all-round way. Hunan practiced this reform of series household registration and achieved some results. However, there exist some problems. We should speed up the construction of the ＂one copy of resident household registration＂ to complete the information of the population management, to display the local governing power to practice the reform of household registration step by step and evenly development for the population coordination and the main function in Hunan.
