摘    要:在应用型人才培养目标指导下,针对经济类专业课程传统课堂教学中存在的问题,提出了参与式教学方式,以突出教师主导和学生主体的师生合作关系,培养学生创新能力、学习能力、分析问题能力和团队协作能力,并深入分析了参与式教学中应注意的问题。

Abstract:For the purpose of nurturing talents with practical skills, this article aims to tackle the issues arising from the tradi tional education of economics courses, and to propose an interactive and participatory teaching methodology. The objective is to cultivate a cooperative classroom setting is which the students play a principle role while the teacher acts a leading role. In this manner, the students would be trained in their innovative capability, academic aptitude, problem solving techniques, and the rele vant qualities to be a contributing team player. This article also covers in-depth analysis on the issues worth discussing while applying this teaching methodology.
