皮癣合剂联合窄波UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效观察

对皮癣合剂治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效进行观察，将92例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组用皮癣合剂口服，窄波UVB照射；对照组口服阿维A，窄波UVB照射，比较治疗前后的评分情况和治疗后结果。同组治疗前后相比PASI评分均差异有显著性（P〈0．001），两组治疗前PASI评分相比差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。治疗后PASI评分相比差异无显著性（P〉0．05），治疗组总有效率83．73％，对照组总有效率73．68％。两组总有效率相比差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。皮癣舍剂治疗寻常型银屑病有较好的效果。

Clinical Observation of Oral Pixuan Mixture with UVB Irradiation in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

The therapeutic effect of oral Pixuan mixture with narrow wave UVB irradiation in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris was observed. The mixture was developed by Taizhou People＇s Hospital. Ninety-two cases of psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, the therapeutic group and the control group. In the therapeutic group the patients were treated with oral Pixuan mixture combined with narrow wave UVB irradiation. In the control group the patients were treated with oral Acitretin capsules combined with the irradiation. PASI was evaluated before and after the study and the therapeutic effect was observed. There was significance in differences of PASI in the same groups before and after treatment （P〈0.001） There was no significance in difference of PASI between the two groups before the study （P〉0.05）, and no significance either after the study （P〉0.05）. The effective rate in the therapeutic group was 83.73%, and in the control group was 73.68%. There was no significance in difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The oral Pixuan mixture is more effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
