| Abstract: | The paper expatiated upon technological recall that plays an important role in technology innovation.In order to provide necessary and strong information guarantee for technology innovation,we should make full use in resources of information,equipment,zone and talent that existed at the information department of science and technology.Moreover,the writer also puts forward a proposal on the problems in technological recall which the writer's unit has faced. |
