| 摘 要： | 近些年来,随着中小学心理健康教育开展的深入,各地各学校逐渐探索出了一些行之有效的心理健康教育途径,在很大程度上解决了学生成长中的一些心理问题.这其中有一方面还远未被重视,那就是学生心理健康的自我教育能力.
