| 摘 要： | 战略性新兴产业是国民经济的支柱产业或主导产业,增强战略性新兴产业的融资能力是我国抢占战略性新兴产业发展制高点的关键。而突破传统实物抵押模式的知识产权质押是一种创新的适合战略性新兴产业发展的融资方式。本文分析论证了我国发展战略性新兴产业知识产权质押融资的可行性、融资模式选择及其运作流程,并提出了相关的立法和政策建议。

| Abstract: | Strategic emerging industry is the pillar industry of national economy.The key to develop the strategic emerging industries is enhancing finance capacity.Intellectual property mortgage is an innovative finance mode which breaks the traditional mode of physical pledged.It is suitable for developing the strategic emerging industries.This paper demonstrates the feasibility and operation workflow of intellectual property mortgage in China.Then the puts paper forward the relevant legislative and policy recommendations. |
