风险投资主体多元化:必要性、障碍与对策

目前，我国约有百余家风险投资公司（基本上有官方资本背景）相继成立，但风险投资业务并没有充分展开，风险投资事业总体上发展缓慢。必须抓住风险资本存在巨大供求缺口这一主要矛盾，以推动风险投资主体结构多元化为当前的发展突破口，积极引导私人、企业、银行、其他金融与非金属机构等共同参与风险投资。文章站在投资者立场上分析了这些市场主体至今不愿涉足风险投资的原因，提出了引导它们共同参与风险投资的对策建议。

On the diversification of venture capitalists: necessities, impediments and countermeasures

It is a fixed decision made by China government to develop the venture capital investment to push forward the progress of the innovation and industrialization of science & technology. Up to now, around 100 establishments have been set up, but they do not show much enthusiasm to conduct risk investment, the progress of venture capital investment on the whole is not so rapid as we expected. The primary task we have to undertake is to shorten the great gap between the supply and demand for the venture capital. Thus we suggest diversifying the venture capitalist structure and managing to attract the privates, companies, banks, other financial and non-financial establishments and so on to participate in the deals of risk investments. We believe this is a far-reaching step, which will not only enlarge the capital supply but also contribute to set up an efficient mechanism of risk investment, for which we are searching.
