| 摘 要： | 信用证长期以来一直是国际贸易结算中使用最为广泛和最为重要的一种结算方式，但信用证结算也存在一些弊端。而近年来随着国际贸易竞争的激烈，竞争手段的不断增加，国际贸易结算方式多元化已成为一种新的发展趋势。文章分析了信用证结算在国际贸易结算中的利弊，并提出国际贸易结算方式多元化的发展趋向。
