| 摘 要： | 为识别制约西部地区环境改善的薄弱环节、制定针对性强的改进方案、提升西部大开发的整体品质,本文从规模效应、结构效应和技术效应三个角度分析了西部大开发对工业碳排放的影响。研究显示,规模效应和结构效应是西部大开发对工业碳排放的主要影响途径,其中结构效应的变化主要由国内市场对西部地区工业品需求扩大引起,并不存在污染天堂影响;技术效应对工业碳排放的影响不显著,这与当地政府在推动低碳技术发展中主导作用尚未真正发挥有一定关系,相反,外资企业的技术溢出却对工业能耗降低起到了积极作用。
