| 摘 要： | 高等学校创新教育管理体系的建立是创新人才培养的前提和基础,建立创新教育管理体系应首先从领导决策层、教学管理者、教师队伍三个层面的队伍建设开始;与此同时,进行导师制,创新活动列入各管理部门工作职责,对学生进行科学化、个性化评价,运用现代化的管理手段等实施管理改革,在总体上建立高等学校创新教育管理体系。

| Abstract: | An innovatory higher educational administration system is a basic and primary factor to the innovation of higher education, which should be started from a three-level reform: the reform of strategic decision staff, in the meanwhile, adapting division, testing students scientifically and specificably, modernizing administrating methods and other administrating reforms are all helpful to the innovation of general higher educational administration sysem. |
