| Abstract: | Network is the lifeline of the 21st century. The bandwidth and the interconnection of networks mark the position of strength of a country. The transmission rate of a network, or the bandwidth, is the primary factor restricting the development of the network. To solve the bandwidth problem, the capital construction of a broadband network must be sped up and the bandwidth market must be open. |
