| Abstract: | The continuous investments are needed for advance of science and technology. The S&T investment legislation provides the legal safeguard for the continuous investment. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the characteristics of the S&T investment legislations in Shenyang, Guangdong etc., this paper has comparatively analyzed the legislation style, content and correlative mechanism, and put forward some proposals for the Tianjin S&T investment legislation. |
