摘    要:以一品红(Euphorbia pulcherrima willd)幼茎、幼叶为外植体,在MS ZT培养基上,愈伤组织的诱导率不同,幼茎效果较好,诱导率达85.4%;ZT的浓度,影响愈伤组织的生长状态——绿色、瘤状或白色、疏松;ZT与NAA、2,4-D的组合有利于芽的分化,最高分化率分别为95.3%、86.6%。单因子或组合因子条件下,对根的影响较小。ZT与2,4-D的组合有利于胚状体的形成。

Abstract:The young steam and leaf of Euphorbia pulcherrima willd were planted on MS ZT as a plant to introduce callus . There is a different by the different explants .Young steam is the best explant, When inductivity was 85.4%. The state of the callus was effected by the density of ZT. Its green tumor or white porous. ZT NAA;ZT 2,4-D effected the buds reproducibility rate that is 95.3%,86.6% each other. ZT NAA, ZT 2,4-D has not obvious contributed to the vitro of roots ;ZT 2,4-D has contributed to the vitro of embryoids.
