| 摘 要： | 从社会学、教育学以及系统论的视角,探讨了我国经济转型期中体操后备人才培养问题,提出了构建新型体操后备人才培养模式的基本设想.指出:人才培养是一个系统工程,在这系统中的任何一个环节出了问题,将对整个系统功能的实现产生消极影响.因此,我们有必要在转型期从社会学及系统论视角,对体操后备人才培养的问题进行认真的思考,扩大各省市体校的输送功能;珍惜退役运动员的技术资源;加强各省市体操中心与体育院校的联合办学,是转型期体操后备人才培养应给予高度关注的问题,体操后备人才培养模式,应注重"源"的拓宽与开发;将学习层路径"与"训练层路径"有机的"融合";注重"宽进、多层、多向"的办学理念.使运动员的"入、训、出"形成了一个良性运转的循环体系.
