| 摘 要： | 为提高体操教学质量,运用实验法,文献资料法,数理统计法,对双杠挂臂屈伸上体操教学教法进行了实验研究。其结果,通过实验组与对照组的有关数据,进行科学的统计学处理,实验组明显强于对照组。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the gymnastics teaching quality,this paper,by applying experiment,literature review and statistical approach,makes an experimental study on the teaching method of arm hang-and-bend in parallel bars.By analyzing the data obtained,the author finds out that the experimental group is significantly superior to the control group. |
