| 摘 要： | 评量在图书馆DRS服务创新活动的开展和实施中扮演着越来越重要的角色,发挥着越来越重要的作用。文章针对图书馆DRS团队成员知识共享交互过程、咨询馆员与用户互动过程之评量逐一剖析,提出图书馆DRS未来发展需要考虑图书馆DRS团队成员内部氛围及咨询馆员与用户交互的外部环境良性互动,建立健全以"用户为中心"的管理创新制度,实现整个图书馆DRS的效益最大化。

| Abstract: | Assessment plays a more and more important role in the DRS innovative services.The article analyzes the knowledge sharing interaction of DRS teams,interactive process between reference librarians and users one by one,and proposes that in order to meet the need of future development and gain maximum effectiveness of DRS,both the team works and positive interaction between librarians and users should be paid more attention to,and a perfect user-oriented management system should be established. |
