高职职业生涯教育现状分析

职业生涯教育在高职院校学生中存在很大的需求,但其开展在我国还呈现出明显落后的状态。由于学生对自己缺乏正确的认知、对职业前景缺乏明确的了解等原因,学生对自己没有一个基本的职业生涯规划,从而严重的影响了学生学习的积极性和主动性。因此,高职院校的职业生涯规划教育要早开展,多开展,尽快实现专业化。

An Analysis of the Current Situation of Career Education in Higher VTE

Career education, though a big demand among students of Higher VTE, is lagging behind in our country. Students have no basic career plans for their own, owing to a lack of accurate self-recognition or understanding of the career future. As a result, students' learning enthusiasm and initiatives are adversely affected. Career education in Higher VTE, therefore should be carried out at an early stage, on a regular basis and for specialization.
