| 摘 要： | 中国共产党从革命党转变为执政党后，人民群众和党的关系存在三个方面的变迁：(1)人民群众对党的期望不同；(2)人民群众对党的支持类型不同；(3)强化党群关系的制约机制不同。党群关系的这种变迁给中国共产党的执政方式提出了一系列新的要求。
