| 摘 要： | 分时度假在国外一些经济发达的国家已经发展得非常成熟了,而在中国则是方兴未艾。相对国内沿海地区,湖北分时度假起步较晚。本文首先介绍了分时度假的定义,再针对湖北分时度假的发展现状,分析了湖北分时度假经济发展的有利环境和遭遇的困境,并提出了相关对策。

| Abstract: | Timesharing had already maturely developed in some developed countries overseas, but it is on the rise in China. Related to domestic coastal area, timesharing started later in Hubei. In view of the present situation of timesharing in Hubei, this article introduce the definition of timesharing at first, and then made the preliminary analysis to the favorable environment and the existing question about timesharing in Hubei, and tabled some correlative proposals. |
