大学生身心健康状况的调查

本文运用CMI和16PF对全校830名大学生进行了测量,从统计结果中发现有12.9％的大学生不同程度地存在身心问题。文中分析了大学生群体身心状况和超标异常状况有关身心健康存在的主要倾向性问题,最后,有针对性地对九十年代大学生身心健康与预防保健,以及提高大学生心理素质培养等方面的问题,提出了有关建议。文中客观有力地证实了在我国高教深化改革中,必须大力加强高校大学生的心身卫生保健工作,加大健康教育力高。

Making an Investigation of Students'''' Physical and Mental Health

830 students of the whole university have been measured by means of CMI and 16PF, thus finding that from statistical results, 12.9% of studets have different physical and mental problems. The paper analyses main tendency problems concerning physical and mental health and abnormality above standard. At last, some suggestions are made of 90's students' physical and mental health, precautionary health, and promoting cultivation of psychological diathesis. In the paper, it is forcefully confirmed that we must imprve the work of students' health protection in body and mind, and strenthen the health education in the course of deepening reforms of universities.
