论"新公共服务"理论与服务型政府建设

随着中国社会主义市场经济的逐渐发展成熟和构建和谐社会进程的不断深入,我国建设服务型政府应该借鉴新公共服务理论的合理化因素,树立人本精神,明确政府在服务中的主要角色与职责,深化行政管理体制改革,努力构建共同治理的和谐新格局,加强公务员队伍建设,提高政府公务员为公民社会服务的意识.

With the gradual development of socialist market economy into its maturity,and the deepening in constructing harmonious society in China,we should,in building the serving government,employ the new public service theory,establish the humanity spirit,define to main roles and duties of the government in serving,deepen the administrative management system reform,make great efforts to construct the harmony with combined efforts,strengthen the building of civil servants force,improve the civil servants' consciousness of serving the society.
