对教师继续教育质量的认识

进一步从理论和实践的结合上认识和把握教师继续教育的质量内涵，对教师继续教育深入、有效地开展具有重要意义。本从三个方面对教师继续教育的质量作了深入的分析和探讨，提出教师继续教育是满足需要的程度，又是达到目标的程度；是教授质量、学习质量和管理质量的综合；是内适性质量和外适性质量的有机统一的观点并进行了论证。
