对教师继续教育质量的认识

摘    要:进一步从理论和实践的结合上认识和把握教师继续教育的质量内涵,对教师继续教育深入、有效地开展具有重要意义。本从三个方面对教师继续教育的质量作了深入的分析和探讨,提出教师继续教育是满足需要的程度,又是达到目标的程度;是教授质量、学习质量和管理质量的综合;是内适性质量和外适性质量的有机统一的观点并进行了论证。

Abstract:It is of great significance to understand and dire ct the quality of teachers' fur ther education on the basis of theory and practice for developing this education effectively and deeply.In this article,the auther analyzes and focuses on three aspects of teachers' further education quality,and points out and demonstrates that teachers' further education is not only a nee d but a goal,and it is the combination of teaching quality,study quality and ma nagement quality,the unity of education quality for both teachers' career need a nd their adequate knowledge for further study.
