| 摘 要： | 进入21世纪，随着国际化程度的加强、科学技术的发展和终身教育的推广，教师教育呈现出多元化、高学历化、专业化和一体化的发展趋势。顺应教师教育的发展趋势，传统的师范教育要进行改革，集中体现在提升办学层次、拓宽办学渠道、优化课程结构及变学历教育为学历与资格教育。
