| 摘 要： | 推进社会管理创新,是适应我国社会结构和利益格局的发展变化,加强和改进社会管理的必然要求。强化和完善法治建设是我国社会管理发展的必然方向。因此,检察机关参与社会管理创新具有重要意义:一方面,可以为社会管理提供强有力的司法保障,大力推动创新制度的执行和落实;另一方面,社会管理创新也同步推动了检察机关执法理念的转变与执法方式的改革。检察机关参与社会管理创新应当着重于自身职能的行使,进行司法监督和职务犯罪监督,通过办案,纠正违法行为,捍卫法律的尊严,维护社会的公平和正义。
