人本管理思想与高校人事管理理念的更新

摘    要:探讨人本管理思想在高校人事管理中的应用是高校人事管理实践的客观要求。文章从人本管理思想及其内涵出发,分析了高校人事管理中存在的四个误区,提出高校人事管理理念必须在四个方面进行更新,即树立以教师和科研人员为本的管理理念,树立“以能为本”的管理理念,树立“以结果为本”的管理理念,树立以情感激励为主的管理理念等。

Abstract:Probing into the application of human original management idea in university personnel management is the objective requirement of personnel management practice. From the thoughts and intension of the human original management people, this paper analyzed four mistaken ideas that exist in the personnel management of universities and proposed university's personnel management idea must be upgraded in four aspects which is the establishment of teacher and scientific research personnel based, "ability based", "result based", mainly emotion encourage based management idea and etc.
