| 摘 要： | 刘少奇在皖南事变发生后，处变不惊，及时向中共中央建议调整战略方针，以战略家的眼光，率先提出在苏北盐城重建新四军军部，并实现了华中党军领导和指挥的高度统一，创造性地解决了抗日游击战争中战略指挥关系问题。刘少奇对华中抗战尤其是新四军在盐城重建军部后的发展壮大，建立了不可磨灭的功勋

| Abstract: | LIU Shao qi faced Southern Anhui Incident with presence of mind and put forward the policy to adjust the strategy.With the insight of a strategist he was the first to put forward the idea of rebuilding the headquarters of the New Fourth Army in Yancheng,north Jiangsu to realize the high leading and commanding unity of the Party and the army in Mid China.Hence he resolved the problem of incompatibility in the strategical command in the Anti Japanese War.LIU Shao qi have performed indelible feats in the development of the New Fourth Army and the Anti Japanese War in Mid China. |
