| Abstract: | Taking the plain area in Zhejiang province as the study region, it illuminates the characteristics and harm of soil and water loss which is caused by development and construction projects, and analyzes the necessity of strengthening soil and water conservation monitoring work in the coastal plain area in southeast China. It also puts forward essentials of soil and water loss control measurements which should be taken to different development and construction projects. |
