| 摘 要： | 复杂性理论是不同于自然科学的一套认识世界的方式。用复杂性理论来审视教学,我们发现,教学具有非线性、自组织性、不确定性和不可逆性等特征,倾听并理解学生、拥有整体教学观、让学生在课堂上充分讨论、给学生以适当的引导等都是教师可以使用的实践策略。
