摘    要:本文在研究了液压机构系统中储能电机的各种起动方法的基础上,提出了一种新型的具有泵控制功能的软起动方法。它不仅能够降低起动时的大电流而且还能降低油泵起动和停止时造成的油锤,减轻液压系统的振动,降低液压系统漏油、损坏的缺陷率,提高设备使用寿命,最后通过MATLAB仿真分析论证了该方法的可行性。

Abstract:After studies of the start of the three phase asynchronous motor which is used at hydraulic system as the reposition of energy,the paper gives a new-style soft-start scheme with pump-control.The new scheme can reduce the oil hammer when a pump is started or stopped,and release the vibration of hydraulic system,reduce the rate of leak and breakage of hydraulic system,which make devices have longer life.Lastly the new scheme was analyzed and simulated by MATLAB;its feasibility was also proved.
