高校图书馆学科馆员4C服务模式探析

摘    要:学科馆员制度是图书馆界先进的办馆理念和全新的服务模式,是一种对口服务的新机制。本文综合总结出学科馆员的四大核心职责,并就履行好这些职责,做好学科服务工作,提出了学科馆员服务工作的4C模式。

Abstract:Subject librarian system is the library community advanced concept of running libraries,it is a completely new service model.In this paper,four core responsibilities of subject librarians are summarized,and the 4C model of subject librarian services is proposed for fulfilling these responsibilities and doing subject services.
