| 摘 要： | 日本社会中的"共同体"意识产生于原始农耕社会,被学者称为"地域共同体".进入封建社会后,"共同体"意识通过日本特有的家业制度得以发展,并在日本早期的商业组织中发挥了重要作用.而在现代企业社会中,以企业为中心的"企业共同体"意识已经深深植根于企业职员的日常生活中.二十世纪九十年代以后,日本企业社会的经营发生了重大变化,而传统的"共同体"意识则继续在现代企业社会中发挥着重要影响.

| Abstract: | The sense of "common society"was considered by some researchers as beginning with"local common society",which combined with Japanese family structure and gained prosperity in ancient commercial society.Nowadays,Japanese corporations are taken as new"common society"by employees,to which they showed their loyalty and respect.Since 1990's,despite the dramatic change in the management of Japanese corporations,the sense of "common society" still has its influence on modern society. |
