| 摘 要： | 从2006年4月28日起中国人民银行上调金融机构贷款基准利率是打响了2006年宏观调控的第一炮,这也是对当前投资增长过快发出的警示信号。本文从利率对一国经济的影响和发挥利率作用的前提条件等方面浅析我国政府通过提高贷款利率来进行宏观调控当前经济中投资过热的现象。
