| 摘 要： | 在分析教学能力主要构成要素的基础上,确定了对体育系田径主修教学过程中,培养教学能力的主要内容、进度方案、培养方式与评价方式。经过两个阶段系统化培训,学生在教学能力与教学评价均有了较大幅度的提高。

| Abstract: | By analyzing formative factors of teaching capability, we confirm main train contents, train methods, train progress and evaluate methods. After two phases system training,the students' teaching and evaluating capabilities are improved in a large extent. |
