辅导员在高职院校中的定位与作用

高校扩招之后,高职学生成为一个庞大的群体,思想政治教育效果不佳已是不争的事实,因此,建设一支高素质的辅导员队伍,是新时期加强思想政治工作的根本保证.应从辅导员队伍建设、思政工作体系建设和思政教育工作方法创新三方面采取措施,才能确保取得良好的工作效果,培养高职学生良好的职业素质.

The Orientation and Function of Instructors in Vocational Colleges

College students have been a large and special group after the enlargement of colleges,because of bad effects of moral and political education,the enhancement of it is very urgent to most moral and political head teachers,therefore,it is necessary that a group of qualified instructors be set up,which is the basis of enhancement of moral and political work in new times.In order to achieve better effect and develop better professional quality of college students,what we should do is to start with the setting up of instructors' groups and the system of moral and political work,and new ways of it.
