| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、逻辑法,对北京奥林匹克域名的价值及受侵权现状进行了分析.论述了域名侵权概述及北京奥林匹克域名的价值,根据其受侵权的现状,列举了域名保护的法律依据,借鉴国外保护奥林匹克域名的成功案例,提出了保护北京奥林匹克域名的几点建议.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the domain name violation and the value of Beijing Olympic Games' domain name with the methods of documentary data and logical analysis.The legal foundation for the domain name protection and some legal suggestions for Beijing Olympic Games are put forward in view of successful foreign Olympic Games' domain name protection. |
