| 摘 要： | 文章以科技期刊规范化为逻辑起点,分析了医学学报的规范化问题和科技编辑的超前认识观。认为超前认识作为一种新的理论观念,具有科学的预见性和强烈的竞争性,并且提出科技编辑必须具有超前认识,才会创造出有价值的信息产品,才能在规范化的基础上办出有特色的刊物。

| Abstract: | The standardization of medical journals and the lead -cognition outlook of scientific and technological editors were analysed. We consider the lead-cognition as a new theoretical view whick possesses a scientific foresightedness and intense competitiveness. It is also suggered that scientific and technologcial editors should have the lead -cognition in order to create valuable information and to publish characteristic journals on the basis of the standardization. |
