对成教脱产学生开展全过程就业教育和指导的思考

当前，政府和高校对普通全日制大学生的就业十分重视，但高校却往往忽视成人大学生的就业教育与指导，没有将成人大学生的就业纳入教学过程。对成教脱产的绝大多数学生而言，同样面临，而且比普通大学生更为严峻的就业形势。学校应重视成教脱产学生的就业教育与指导，并将就业教育与指导贯穿于整个教学过程的始终。

A Study of Employment Education and Guidance for Adult Education Students

At present,the government and universities attach gr eat importance to graduates'employment, but universities neglect the direction s for adult graduates to seek employment and do not take it into the entire teac hing process. For most full-time adult students,their employment situations ar e more severe than other student s. So universities should emphasize the directions for students in adult educa tion and put employment guidance into the entire process of education .
