| 摘 要： | 抗战时期,国民政府对日伪和沦陷区的经济政策经历了极大的变化过程。战争伊始,国民政府对日伪实行的是经济绝交的政策。这种政策在1940年后得以松动,政府制定法规允许自沦陷区输入有用的物资。太平洋战争爆发后,国民政府发动了大规模抢购沦陷区物资的运动。从对沦陷区经济绝交到为我所用的政策变化,缘于大后方的物资极为匮乏。

| Abstract: | The Resistant War Period saw great changes of the economic policies of National Government toward areas occcupied by Japanese invaders and enemy-occupied areas.At the beginning the National Government practiced a policy of breaking off relations with the Japanese invaders.This policy got loose after 1940,which permitted some useful goods imported from the enemy-occupied areas.After the breakout of the Pacific War,the National Government launched a campaign of rushing to purchase the goods in the enemy-occupied areas in a large scale.The policy towards the enemy-occupied areas changed from breaking off the economic relations to utilizing it,originating from the extreme shortage of goods in the rear. |
