| 摘 要： | 运用知识资本理论分析图书馆知识资本结构要素;阐明图书馆的社会无形资产特性,由此甄别专有权与公有权两种截然不同的知识资本特性;论证图书馆知识资本运营机制实际上是一种知识价值转移机制,通过用户参与的图书馆知识资本循环,实现知识价值向公众人力资源开发价值的转移。

| Abstract: | By applying the theory of the intellectual capital this paper gives an analysis of the essential factors of the composition of the intellectual capital of the library and expounds the characteristics of the socio-intangible assets of the library,and hence shows a striking contrast between the private ownership and the public ownership of intellectual capital.This paper illustrates that the managerial system of the intellectual capital of the library actually,is a type of the transferring system of Knowledge value,and it is the transference from the value of knowledge to the value of the development of the public human resources with the consumers participating in the circulation of the intellectual capital of the library. |
