高职思想政治教育实践方法研究

高职学生的思想政治教育工作主要包括理论教学和实践教学,其中,实践教学是理论教学的有效补充和延续。而且,其对学生的吸引力更加明显。同本科院校学生相比,高职学生更加容易受到多元化价值观念的影响,在就业压力下,其更加具有"功利性"和"目的性",以至于其在学习过程中,往往是以就业为导向,忽视了自身思想政治素养的提升,这将会对其未来的职业发展造成严重影响。本文结合当前高职院校思想政治课程的实践教学现状进行分析,探索提升高职思想政治教育质量的有效措施。

On practice of ideological and political education of higher vocational colleges

Higher vocational students’ ideological and political education work mainly includes the theory teaching and the practice teaching.The practice teaching is the effectively complement and continue to the theory teaching.Moreover,its appeal is more obvious to the students.Compared with undergraduate college students,vocational students are more easily affected by diverse values,under the employment pressure,more "utility" and "purpose",so in the process of learning,they often put the employment as the guidance,ignored the ideological and political attainments ascension,which will caused serious influence on their future career development.Based on the current status of the practice teaching of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges,the paper explores effective measures of improving the quality of higher vocational ideological and political education.
