| 摘 要： | 本文论述了种子工程的概念和背景，着重说明实施种子工程的作用、意义及我国种子经营管理体制改革的方向。当前种子工作重点是提高种子质量和商品性能。在今后三年时间里，要从品种推广、提高供种质量和科技含量等四个方面抓紧种子工作。
