| 摘 要： | 正在蓬勃兴起的海外中文报刊已超过5 0 0种,是现代信息资源的重要组成部分.目前国内各馆所藏的海外中文报刊,采取闭架式管理,背离时代发展要求,不利于这些信息资源的开发利用.只有转变重藏轻用观念,面向社会,有的放矢,开展多层次的服务,实行文献资源共建共享,才能跟上时代前进的步伐.

| Abstract: | More than 500 flourishing overseas Chinese newspapers and periodicals are very important parts of modern information resources.Now the collection of overseas Chinese newspapers and periodicals is adopted in the occluded way.It disobeys the development of the time.It is not in favor of the use of the resources.In order to keep up with our time we have to change our mind of regardmg the use highly,facing the society,havng a definite object,expanding mulitplayer service,and actualizing the communion of resources. |
