| 摘 要： | 作为早期资产阶级改良派杰出代表之一，郑观应较多地接触了西方资本主义国家的政治法律制度。并以此反观中国当时的现实。他在揭露清朝司法弊端的基础上探讨司法改革问题，提出司法改革的一些设想。这些主张促进和影响了中国法制近代化的历史进程。

| Abstract: | Being one of the outstanding representatives in the Early Bourgeoisie Reformists,Zheng Guanying knew the more political law system of the western capitalism nations,and compared it to the actuality of that time in China.He probed into problems of the judiciary reformation by disclosing the judicial abuses of Qing-Dynasty,put forward to some views of the judiciary reformation.These views promoted and affected the history process of legal system modernizing in China. |
